Proactive Environment Monitoring - An automated 24/7 monitoring solution using either software agents or tailored scripts to monitor the health of the environment under management. Any alerts identified through this monitoring will be notified to our Service Desk Team to action;

Specialist Support - The Integranet Managed Service Team have the knowledge, experience and range of professional qualifications to be able to support our client's IT Infrastructure; and
- Service Desk - All Incident, Change and Service Requests will be recorded in our ITIL based Service Desk System to provide accurate incident resolution, escalation and reporting.
